Annual Conference is the leading rheumatology event, bringing together over 2,000 delegates for three days of learning, knowledge sharing, networking and innovation. The Annual Conference is a 3-day event with a single price ticket. 2-day registration is only applicable to paediatric and adolescent rheumatology attendees. The 2-day paediatric rate ticket is applicable for attendance on Weds 29 and Thurs 30 April. Postgraduate students are classified under the clinical academic category. *Prices apply to in-person and online tickets. Payment needs to be made via debit/credit card at the time of booking, we do not invoice for any events. For students: To get the full Annual Conference experience, please ensure you attend with colleagues from your MDT team. Access to the exhibition hall may be restricted for those attending alone.

Registration

The registration desks are located in Hall 4 and will be open at the following times:

Please collect your badge at the desk. Badges must be worn at all times to access sessions and the exhibition. For any assistance, visit the registration desk or email events@rheumatology.org.uk.

Cloakroom

A cloakroom is available for delegates during the event:

Secure storage is provided for coats, bags, and personal belongings at a cost of £3 per item (card/contactless). Please ensure you collect your items by the end of each day, as unattended items cannot be stored overnight.

To help ensure a smooth arrival experience, we kindly recommend travelling light where possible to minimise queuing times and leaving larger luggage at your hotel or accommodation if convenient.
