The registration desks are located in Hall 4 and will be open at the following times:

  • Tuesday 28 April: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Wednesday 29 April: 07:00 – 17:00
  • Thursday 30 April: 07:00 – 13:30

Please collect your badge at the desk. Badges must be worn at all times to access sessions and the exhibition. For any assistance, visit the registration desk or email events@rheumatology.org.uk.

    Cloakroom

    A cloakroom is available for delegates during the event:

      • Tuesday 28 April: 08:00 – 18:45
      • Wednesday 29 April: 08:00 – 17:45
      • Thursday 30 April: 08:00 – 17:00

    Secure storage is provided for coats, bags, and personal belongings at a cost of £3 per item (card/contactless). Please ensure you collect your items by the end of each day, as unattended items cannot be stored overnight.
