The Quality Review Scheme (QRS) is recruiting for its accreditation panel. The QRS is a quality improvement process aimed at raising standards across rheumatology services throughout the UK, ultimately improving patient service and experience.

QRS accreditation panel

The QRS accreditation panel is responsible for awarding accreditation to the rheumatology service which has shown it successfully meets best practice standards. The panel meets online to review and discuss a service’s inspection report and determine if it meets best practice standards. If agreed, the service is awarded accreditation. BSR notifies the service within 10 working days of the accreditation panel’s decision.

If you’re a nurse or allied health professional (AHP) member and you’d like to be involved in deciding which services are providing the highest quality of care then please get in touch with the QRS team to join the accreditation panel.

We have three positions available which are also open to retired members, successful applicants must be available for the first meeting on Wednesday 8 December.
