By train

By coach or bus
Southampton Coach Station, served by National Express, is approximately 800 metres from the venue. Local bus services also stop nearby, with routes serving Southampton Central and Westquay.

By ferry
Red Funnel's Town Quay ferry terminal is approximately 1 km from the hotel.

By car
The hotel is approximately three miles from Junction 3 of the M27, around a 10-minute drive. Please visit the Novotel Southampton website for information on travelling to the venue and parking facilities.

Parking

Complimentary parking is available for conference attendees. Please note that the car park is managed by a third-party provider, so all attendees must register their vehicle with the hotel on arrival. A charge of £12 per vehicle applies for overnight parking. If you receive a parking charge notice while attending the event, please contact the hotel directly and provide a photograph of the notice along with the PCN reference number. The hotel will be able to review the charge and, where appropriate, arrange for it to be cancelled.

We've secured a number of bedrooms at the hotel for attendees. If you'd like to book one of these rooms, please contact the hotel's reservations team directly on 023 8107 2800 or by email. Once your reservation has been confirmed, your room will be released from the event allocation.Please note that all bookings must be guaranteed with the guest's personal credit or debit card. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to seven days before arrival.

Hotel check-in and check-out

Check-in is available from 3.00pm and check-out is by 12.00pm.

If you require a later check-out, please contact the hotel directly. Subject to availability, late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

The venue is fully accessible, with step-free access, lifts, wheelchair-accessible toilets and accessible event spaces throughout. The main conference facilities are located on the ground floor, helping to create an inclusive and easy-to-navigate experience for all attendees.
