Accommodation

  • Marketing Manchester Convention Bureau is the official accommodation provider for The British Society for Rheumatology Annual Conference 2025
  • All rooms are held on an on-line system, allowing you to book and secure your own accommodation. Negotiated delegate rates will be available to book until the end of the day on 31st March 2025, so please book as soon as possible to guarantee a room. Accessibility

  • The venue entrances are all fully ramped and accessible. Most of the exhibition space is on the ground floor/street level and can be accessed via the main entrance. Once inside, events on the first floor can be accessed via stairs or lifts
  • The venue has accessible toilets in each of the main event spaces across the venue
  • There is NCP car park (National Car park) directly below Manchester Central, including 18 disabled parking bays on the Upper Level of the Car Park, with lift access to the venue

  • We will have a dedicated prayer room, feeding room and quiet space within the venue. Please ask one of our team at the registration desk and we’ll let you know where each are located
