Venue & Travel

Novotel Southampton - 1 West Quay Road, Southampton SO15 1RA

The venue is in Southampton city centre, just a short walk from West Quay shopping centre. It’s around a 15-minute walk from Southampton Central train station.

For train information and timetables, please visit the National Rail Enquiries website.

Southampton Coach Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue. For coach services, visit the National Express website. Local bus services also run nearby, with routes stopping close to West Quay.

Accommodation

For allocation bookings, each guest will be responsible for booking their own accommodation. To book from the allocation, please contact the event venue hotel directly or the reservations team on 023 8107 2800 or by email. Bedrooms will then be taken out of the allocation.

All reservations must be guaranteed using the guest’s personal credit or debit card. Once confirmed, bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Accessibility

The event space is fully accessible and includes step-free access, accessible event spaces and wheelchair-accessible toilets. The larger ground-floor function suites help make the event inclusive and comfortable for all attendees.
