We are extremely pleased and thrilled to be considered for the 2023 Inspiring Workplaces Awards. Last week, The Inspiring Workplaces Group revealed the top 50 exceptional finalists in the EMEA region (UK, Europe, Middle East & Africa) and we are proud to be one of them.
The awards recognise forward-thinking and people-first organisations. The Inspiring Workplaces Awards asked each organisation to submit a case study highlighting one of six elements they felt described each organisation best. Some of these included culture, leadership, inclusion, and well-being.
Jessica Badley, Director of People and Resources of BSR, said: “This award helps shine the light on how hard we’ve worked and the steps we’ve taken to ensure we have a supportive and inclusive culture across BSR.
“Two of our core values are in the six key elements that The Inspiring Workplaces Awards believe are fundamental in creating an inspiring workplace which is crucial to us. We strive to uphold these values as we commit to encourage inclusion, equity, and diversity in our workforce.”

The winners will be announced at an exclusive Gala Dinner at The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London this May.
