The team at Brit-PACT (The British Psoriatic Arthritis Consortium) have identified that more patients with PsA are, over time, requiring multiple sequential lines of b/tsDMARDs despite little evidence on the effectiveness of 2nd line for people with PsA.

Help BRIT-PACT, a UK charity working with patients, rheumatologists, and other related professions, in their SEQUENCE study to gain insights that are crucial to our understanding of response to later-line treatments by PsA patients.

The SEQUENCE team hope to collect anonymous, retrospective baseline and 3/12 follow-up data for 800 patients who have had ≥1 line of b/tsDMARD therapy for PsA, to assess response to all lines of treatment. A total of 40 centres are being recruited.

Funding is available to support centres that contribute and the possibility of co-authorship if centres recruit well. It is quick to populate the data from case notes on the online data collection platform (estimated 10-20mins per patient).

Please help Brit-PACT answer this important question and contact Dr Charlotte Gollins ceg54@bath.ac.uk for more information and to take part.
